Pengaruh Komunikasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Hotel Harper Palembang

Hotel is one of the service businesses that support the development of the Indonesian tourism sector. An important element of the hotel service business is to provide excellent service to customers, good service quality and good facilities and make guests come back one of which is determined by the productivity of hotel employees. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of communication (X1), leadership style (X2) and organizational culture (X3) on employee productivity (Y) at Harper Hotel Palembang. The data sources used are priper and secondary data with a sample size of 50 people using data analysis normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination using the analytical tool used is SPSS. The results showed that there was an influence of Leadership Style and Communication on Employee Productivity at Harper Hotel Palembang with a variable F significance of 0.000 <0.05. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 4,768 + 0.570 (X1) - 0.198 (X2) + 0.443 (X3) From the results of the t test there is an influence of Leadership Style on Productivity at Harper Hotel Palembang with a significant value of 0.021 <0.05. There is no effect of Organizational Culture on employee productivity at Harper Hotel Palembang with a significance value of 0.222> 0.05. There is an influence of Communication on Employee Productivity at Harper Hotel Palembang with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05.
