Pengaruh Disiplin, Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Jawa Timur

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation, work environment together (simultaneously) and individually (partial) affect the performance at the BPKP representative office in East Java Province. The population in this study the sample taken as many as 68 employees. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26 program. The results show that there is a simultaneous influence of work discipline variables, work motivation, employee work environment at the BPKP representative office in East Java Province. This conclusion is evidenced by the calculated F greater < F table or a significant level of F less than 0.05 (alpha value), partially the variables of work discipline, work motivation, work environment and employee performance at the BPKP representative office in East Java Province. This conclusion is evidenced by the t table > t greather or a significant. Suggestions that can be given should be to review the effectiveness of HR management policies and their implementation towards achieving organizational performance. Activities in each HR practice should be interrelated and support one another.
